Dare to Lead™ Curriculum  From 20 years of research, 400,000 pieces of data, and 7 years of focused research on leadership - comes the playbook for the leaders we want in our lives - and the kind of leader we want to be.  The Dare to Lead approach has been tested in more than fifty organizations and with ten thousand individuals who are learning these skills on their own and in teams. From the Gates Foundation to Shell, from small family-owned businesses to Fortune 50 companies, to multiple branches of the U.S. military. The process has had significant positive impact on how leaders show up and how their teams perform.  Leadership is not about titles or the corner office. It’s about the willingness to step up, put yourself out there, and lean into courage. The world is desperate for braver leaders. It’s time for all of us to step up.  The greatest barrier to courageous leadership is not fear—it’s how we respond to our fear. Coaching is personalized, customized, usually conducted one-on-one or in a small group setting - for a defined period of time and with a specific business purpose in mind.

B.O.L.D. - live Brave. be Original. Love big. Dare greatly. A COURAGE BUILDING PROGRAM FOR TEENS  Designed from 20 years of research, BOLD is a courage building program for teens. In this course we work on Resilience, Core Values, Trust Building skills, and Emotional Intelligence.  Developing and practicing these tools sets young adults up for success and to be Next Gen leaders. The curriculum sets the foundation for making great choices - personally and professionally through high school/secondary school, university, college, and beyond.  Real life example:  Darcy hated high school - she was under challenged and bored. She was smart but her grades were average or below - she was underachieving. After BOLD - Darcy finished high school in Louisiana one year early. One month after her 17th birthday she started college at the Musician's Institute on Hollywood Boulevard - she was alone in a new city with no friends. The journey through college and being a young student was challenging. One year later, Darcy graduated as outstanding student of the year. In her words, "I'm living my dream life" - as a live sound engineer in Hollywood.
